We aim to keep our ordering system as simple and painless as possible.

To place an order, either submit your details and the product code (for our standard designs) into the enquiry form or simply call us to discuss your requirements (please refer to our bespoke design section).

Only once everything has been agreed and you as our customers are entirely satisfied, will we require a deposit to secure your item. You are then given a completion date and you are free to watch us create your product or you can sit back and let us do all of the hard work.

We will keep you up-to-date with the progress of the build upon request.

Customer satisfaction is key at Premi-Air Leisure. Without our customers we get bored!

Once your product is completed, we will either email photographs for your approval or invite you to come and view in person. Once satisfied, the final payment is made.

We will then arrange a convenient delivery or collection date.

Your payment can be made by the following options:

  • Bank transfer
  • Cheque (please allow 7 days for clearance with the method)
